Good for old injuries
Taking this for knee pain and general tiredness. Taste is earthy and a bit bitter, not too strong. I drink it with warm water in morning. After one week felt slightly more energetic and pain is manageable. No side effects noticed. Bottle came safe but label was a little wrinkled, not a big issue. Using along with oil massage.

Helped with body stiffness
Slightly bitter decoction but gives warming feel after taking. Used for joint pain and it reduced stiffness slowly. Smell is strong like boiled herbs. Comes in plastic bottle, no leakage. I dilute it a bit as it’s thick.
