Tastes very bitter, not easy to take daily. Still, I continued for joint pain, seeing slow progress after 10 days. Swelling is less now. I take with honey as suggested. Bottle was slightly dented during delivery but nothing major. Will finish the course.

Taking this for knee pain and general tiredness. Taste is earthy and a bit bitter, not too strong. I drink it with warm water in morning. After one week felt slightly more energetic and pain is manageable. No side effects noticed. Bottle came safe but label was a little wrinkled, not a big issue. Using along with oil massage.
