Relieves bloating gradually
Taste is strong and slightly sour, but manageable. I took it early morning for bloating and mild constipation. Felt gradual relief after one week, digestion seems lighter now. No side effects as such. Bottle came fine with good seal. It’s become a part of my morning routine now.
