Not bad for heaviness
Was having regular bloating and discomfort, this gave some relief after using 5–6 days. Bit strong smell, slight clumping in powder, need to mix well. Works ok, not miracle but useful. Using in morning with warm water. No missing sachets. Energy level also bit better.
