Applying on head after bath to avoid cold. Mild fragrance, not too strong. So far working well, fewer headaches. I also use before drying hair. No itching or irritation. Came in small tin box, easy to carry for travel.

Applying on scalp during cold weather, gives warm feel and eases the heaviness in head. Smell is strong and herbal. Little messy to use, but I cover head after applying and it seems to work well. No irritation. Helped with sinus too on some days. Quantity is also decent for price.
