Took it for excess heat and mild rashes, mixed with warm milk as per advice. Took some time but I felt more relaxed and less bloated. Slight oily texture but no issue for me. Taste is bearable, bit herby. Sometimes it clumps near cap. No leakage in delivery. I store it in fridge now in Chennai heat. Overall ok results.

Texture is thick and needs warm water to take properly. Smell is heavy but tolerable. Helped in reducing joint discomfort slowly but made my stomach a bit heavy in first few days. The jar came with tiny oil smear near lid but seal was intact.
