Using daily after lunch and dinner, feels quite light in the stomach now. Earlier I had gas and heaviness issue, now much better. Tablets are small and easy to swallow, slight herbal smell but ok only. Took around a week to notice difference. Bottle seal was fine and came in good condition. Using regularly now, no side effect seen.
