Taste is bitter if chewed, so better to swallow fast with water. Slight herbal aftertaste but manageable. Gave some relief for my bloating and gut heaviness. I use it after spicy meals or when feeling gassy. Packaging was ok only, seal was tight but label slightly smudged. Overall working for me.
