Calms me during stress
Been taking it at night for over a month and feel calmer during office stress. Doesn’t make me sleepy but gives slight balance to mood swings. Smell is strong but I got used to it. No side effects for me. Once one tablet was chipped, but otherwise packaging is fine.

Feel calmer with it
Started taking at night for sleep and mood. Gradual calming effect after few days. Slight drowsiness in morning sometimes. Smell is herbal but soothing. Tablets come in blister pack, no damage. Happy with results.
