Used it for neck stiffness after long laptop hours, gives some relief if applied twice a day and massaged nicely. Smell is quite herbal but fades soon. Texture is smooth, absorbs slowly so bit sticky on skin for some time. Tube is ok, but I feel 30g gets over fast. Not a miracle cream, but helps manage mild pain without needing tablets.
