Using it since a week for cervical stiffness and slight pain near shoulder. Smell is herbal but not too strong. Texture is smooth and absorbs ok, though takes little time. Gave some relief after two days, not instant. I apply morning and night before sleeping. Tube was sealed properly, no leakage. Using along with light neck exercises so maybe both helping.

Cream has smooth texture and absorbs nicely. Mild cooling effect, helps after long hours at desk. I use it twice a day on neck area. Bit expensive for the quantity but results are decent. Tube was slightly dented but nothing leaked.
