Good support for immunity
Been taking daily after food during weather change. Feel less fatigued and fewer minor throat issues this year. Smell is strong and earthy, taste ok only. Slightly rough texture but not hard to swallow. Seal was tight, no broken pieces. Taking with warm water helps digestion too.

Overall strength improved
I use this when immunity feels low or after long travel. Bit bitter and herbal taste, needs some getting used to. Feels like it builds internal strength over time. No gastric issues. I take with lukewarm water. Good quality product. Label was slightly wrinkled but bottle fine. Will keep using.
