Helpful for water retention
Was feeling puffy during travel days, especially legs and ankles. Took this twice a day for 2 weeks, swelling is less now. Taste is typical bitter Ayurvedic style, slightly sour edge. No nausea or heaviness. One blister pack had small dent but tablets were intact. Felt cleansing inside.
