Helped slowly with acne
Took daily for few weeks, face became less oily and breakouts reduced bit by bit. Not a magic pill but feels more balanced now. Tablets are small and easy to take, only thing is slight bitterness if not swallowed quick. No upset stomach or anything. Came well packed in box, seal was good, no damage. Calm type of effect, nothing sudden.
