Mild relief for wrist pain
Using for mild arthritis pain in wrist. Feels better on and off, not consistent daily. I take after breakfast, no stomach upset. Tablets are a bit large, but manageable. Smell is strong ayurvedic type. Packing was clean and expiry far. Would continue and observe further.
