Not for hot weather
Tried for hormonal balance, effect is mild. Felt little heaviness in stomach if taken in heat. Works better in cool months. Texture is oily but expected. Tastes like ghee only, bit odd at first. Bottle is sturdy. I mix in warm water to take it.
