Helps With Morning Stiffness
Taste is strong and slightly bitter, so I mix with warm water; settles well if taken before breakfast. Felt mild relief in stiffness after a week, especially on cooler mornings. Some days effect feels slower, not sure why, maybe sleep pattern. Bottle cap was tight and no leaks during delivery. Good traditional option if you don’t mind the bold flavour.
