Mild detox feel
Taste is a bit bitter and thick but I’m used to it now. Felt lighter and slept better after 10 days. I take it at bedtime with warm water. No strong effects but digestion seems better. Jar came well packed and expiry is recent.

Improves breathing despite taste
Taking this for chronic cold and sinus issues. Taste is tough to manage, very bitter and pungent, but it clears my nose after few days’ use. Works better when I take with warm water at bedtime. Bottle had a dent on one side but seal was fine. Effect is not consistent every day, but overall better breathing.
