Good for mild joint pain
Been using this oil for my knees, bit thick but absorbs slowly if you massage well. Slight herbal smell, not too strong. Gives relief after regular use for 2 weeks. Didn’t feel instant change but definitely helps over time. Bottle was fine, no leak. Sometimes use after bath in evening when body is tired. Works better with light stretching I feel.
