Taste is tough but worth
Doctor suggested this for knee stiffness and it’s helping somewhat. Morning stiffness reduced after around 10 days. Taste is very bitter, I mix it with warm water and take it fast. No major side effects. Bottle was intact and came well packed. I keep it in the fridge in summer as it spoils otherwise. Bit pricey but seems worth.
