Mood feels more stable
Tried this for mood swings and mild anxiety. It’s been one month now, and I feel more balanced overall. Capsule is easy to swallow, no taste issue. Slight burp comes sometimes with ghee smell but not very bad. Effect was gradual, not overnight. Didn't notice any side effects. Packaging was proper.
