Yes, you can mix different millets for sprouting and making powder, but it should be done carefully. Different millets do have slightly different digestion times, but in a healthy person with good digestion, mixing them in moderate quantity is generally fine. For better tolerance: Do not mix too many varieties in large amounts 2–3 millets together is better than mixing all at once Sprouting is a good method, it improves digestion and reduces heaviness If you mix all varieties regularly, it may sometimes cause bloating or heaviness, especially if digestion becomes weak. Best approach: Rotate millets instead of always mixing all Or use a small combination and observe how your body responds At home: Add a little jeera or ginger while cooking, it helps digestion Prefer warm, well-cooked preparations instead of dry powders alone No medicines required if digestion is fine. If you notice gas, heaviness, or loose stools, reduce the combination and keep it simple. Regards, Dr Raghuveer (Ayurvedacharya)
