Tastes quite bitter and slightly astringent, but I kept taking it due to skin itching issues. Noticed some difference after 10 days, less redness and dryness. Took it on empty stomach in the morning. Comes in dark bottle with tight cap. Smell is strong so I take it quickly and follow with warm water.
