Bit bitter but effective
Very bitter taste, takes some effort to drink, but helped my urine flow issue. I have it twice daily as per doctor's advice. No stomach upset or side effects. Boil and filter process is a bit time taking. Packaging was decent, no damage.

Smelly but works slowly
Smell is very strong, almost medicinal. Took time to get used to. I boil and drink half cup daily, feels like it helps with urine burning. Works slow, but steady. Packet seal was good, powder was dry and fresh. Slight acidity once, nothing major.

Works but takes time
Was told to boil and drink it, which takes time in morning rush. Slight bitter and earthy taste. Digestion has improved slowly, now feeling less bloated. Packet was sealed well. Only wish it came in tablet form also.

Clears urine issues slowly
Bitter taste but expected from kwath. Helped reduce frequent urination after 10–12 days. I boil and strain it fresh every morning. Comes in a simple pack, no damage during delivery. Need patience but effect was noticeable.
