I took it for swelling in feet and water retention. Took almost 10 days to see clear effect but it’s steady now. Taste is strong and earthy, I dilute it more than recommended. Urine frequency increased slightly at first. Smell is typical ayurvedic type, not too bad. Packaging was decent, no leakage or damage.

Mildly bitter and thin consistency. Helped reduce bloating in my legs. I take it early morning on empty stomach. No smell problem. Bottle was small dented on one side but product was fine inside.

Using this mainly for bloating and mild swelling in legs. Taste is earthy but not too bitter, quite drinkable. After 2 weeks, water retention went down a bit. No leakage, bottle was wrapped nicely. Sometimes mix with dash of honey to avoid dryness in throat. Will see full result with longer use.
