Using this for eczema along with doctor advice. Texture is thick and buttery, taste is strong and bitterish, so I take with warm rice or milk. After few weeks, itching reduced quite a lot. Bit heavy on stomach if taken late, so better in morning. Comes in glass jar, one corner of the box was slightly crushed but product was fine.

Started taking with warm milk at night for dryness and itching. Very thick and hard to scoop in winter but absorbs well when warm. Felt slight improvement in skin dryness within 10 days. Slight nausea first 2 days then ok. No leakage. Smell is strong ayurvedic type. Packaging good and clean.

Used during pitta imbalance phase. Ghritham is quite thick and oily, hard to swallow sometimes. Helped calm heat in body after a week, but digestion felt slower if I took too much. Kept in fridge after opening, texture stayed same.
