Good but very sweet
Bought it for sugar control, taste is like jaggery water—very sweet. Not sure how that works for diabetic product. I drink it twice a day. Energy feels better, sugar levels ok only, no major change. Will continue for a month more. No issue with seal. Mixes well in warm water. May not suit all.

Taste not great but works
I take it twice a day before meals. Taste is not that nice but blood sugar is more stable now. Doctor had suggested it. No side effects. Would be better if it mixed easily in water.

Mild taste not too sweet
Started this as a morning drink, taste is mild with light bitterness. Doesn’t spike sugar like some powders. Slight clumping if not mixed properly. Took few days to feel energetic. Pouch was intact but no scoop inside, using normal spoon.
