Helpful for acidity flare ups
I keep this at home for sudden acid reflux. One pinch with buttermilk gives relief in 15–20 mins. Tastes chalky but works. Didn’t see much effect if taken late though, better before meals or at first sign. Comes in small glass bottle, secure packaging. Using occasionally only, no issues so far.
