Doctor gave this for post-delivery digestion issues. Taste is sour and spicy, strong aftertaste lingers, but feels warming to the stomach. I take it twice daily, noticed less bloating after meals and energy slightly better. Cap was sealed well. Only thing, effect is gradual, need to take consistently. Works better when I skip cold food.
