Took this for mild constipation as suggested by my aunt. Taste is slightly bitter but manageable if taken with water. Works slowly but steadily, I felt lighter in the mornings after a week. No stomach cramps or acidity. Bottle cap was tight and seal intact. I take 15ml at night after food. Bit strong smell but that’s normal for these ayurvedic tonics.
