Doctor recommended for mild anaemia. Liquid is thick and dark, taste is bitter-metallic but I got used to it. After 10 days, energy improved slightly but no big changes yet. I take it after breakfast. Packaging was ok but label was little smudged. Will continue for a month and see. No upset stomach or issues so far.
