Strong Taste but Cooling Effect
Taste is quite strong and bitter, I had to dilute with extra water. Felt some cooling in body after 2 days of taking it. Helped my skin itching reduce a bit, but digestion got a little sluggish – maybe needs food adjustment. Glass bottle looks nice but had tiny dent near the neck. Overall ok if you’re used to strong decoctions.

Heat boils reduced
Took it with warm water daily, taste is very bitter but you get used to it. Skin itching and boils on back have come down a lot. Took 10 days to notice change. Pack came on time, no damage. Works better if diet is light.
