Mixed results so far
Was suggested for skin itching and sugar control. Bit too bitter even when diluted. Slight burning sensation first day but then settled. Skin feels a bit better but sugar level not much change yet. Delivery was fast

Sugar levels bit stable
Taste is really bitter but expected for sugar control one. Using it twice daily before meals, noticed slight reduction in sugar spikes after two weeks. Texture is watery, easy to swallow. Bottle came with tight seal, but box was bit crumpled on one side. So far ok, not drastic but steady effect, will continue using.
