Sugar levels bit stable
Taste is really bitter but expected for sugar control one. Using it twice daily before meals, noticed slight reduction in sugar spikes after two weeks. Texture is watery, easy to swallow. Bottle came with tight seal, but box was bit crumpled on one side. So far ok, not drastic but steady effect, will continue using.
