Relief in joint stiffness
Using this daily for my knee pain, and slowly stiffness is reducing. Taste is bitter but manageable with honey. I warm it a little before taking. One bottle had a slight dent but seal was intact. Overall ok, seems to work if used consistently. No stomach upset also, which I was worried about.

Helped in joint stiffness
Taste is strong and bitter but expected for decoction. Using since 10 days, some reduction in shoulder tightness. I take it warm early morning. No clumping noticed. Bottle arrived safely, expiry date is fresh. So far, ok experience.
