Feel lighter in legs
Bit of bitterness in taste, manageable. Helped ease heaviness in legs and mild varicose veins. Using daily with lukewarm water. Arrived neatly packed with no leakage or damage.

Good for leg pain relief
Used it for sciatica-type pain in legs, felt some ease after 4-5 days of regular intake. Taste is very bitter so I mix with warm water and jaggery sometimes. No stomach upset luckily. Cap fits tightly. Took it at night mostly, feels calming after long day. Bit slow but definitely helps when taken consistently.
