useful for focus and calm
Took it for memory and anxiety during exams. Slight ghee smell and thick texture but not too heavy if mixed with warm water. Felt calmer and slightly more focused within a week. Taste is manageable, I take it early morning before food. Comes in glass jar with plastic seal, no problem with delivery. Using daily.
