Taking it after meals and it’s working ok for bloating and gas, though taste is quite bitter. Pills are small so easy to swallow. I feel relief mostly in the evenings but not much effect if I skip a day. Smell is very herbal but manageable. One time the seal was a little loose, but rest of the time packing is good only.

Started for piles problem, using with other ayurvedic things. No major improvement but pain has reduced little. Smell is herbal and ok only. Tablets are little big for me but manageable. Sometimes I skip dose, maybe that’s why slow. Delivery was fast and box was sealed well.
