Useful for piles pain
Took during a flare-up, gave relief from pain and itching after a week. Smells herbal and slightly bitter taste, ok with honey. Used it with triphala at night. Some days felt mild dryness in mouth but nothing serious. Delivery was smooth, came in bubble wrap.
