Bought it for general body pain and slight lower back ache due to sitting all day. Works ok only, gives small relief when I take it regularly. No side effects. Smells a bit bitter when I open the bottle, but tablets are easy to swallow. Delivery was fast and neat. Not sure about long term benefit yet.
