Simple to take daily
Tablet form makes it easy, no bitter taste like decoction. I take before breakfast, feel less body pain now. Smell is faint, slightly herbal. Started showing effect from 5th day. Packaging was neat, no tablets missing. Works slow but steady.

Tablets are easy to take, mild smell and no aftertaste. Using twice daily for lower back stiffness. Pain intensity reduced gradually, not overnight effect. Packaging was basic but everything intact. Seal was slightly loose but tablets were fine. Feels better with light exercise also.
