Skin feels calmer now
Bought for skin itching and small breakouts. Taste is bitter but manageable. Started seeing small changes after 10 days, itching reduced a bit. No strong side effects so far. Tablets were intact, no smell from bottle. Taking regularly with food. Works slowly but definitely doing something.

Skin looks clearer now
Took it for acne and itchiness, bit drying but slowly showing good improvement. Tablets are a bit hard to dissolve, so I crush and mix in water. Seal was loose but bottle was intact thankfully.
