Good for digestion issues
Taking for period-related bloating and sluggish bowels. Taste is bitter-sweet, but I chew fennel after. Feels gentler than other tablets I tried before. Regular use gave gradual relief. No clumping or smell. Bottle cap was a bit loose once but didn't spill. Feels natural and light.

Gentle relief for periods
Started using before periods due to cramps and irregularity. Pain was still there but less severe this time. Doesn’t feel heavy like other meds. Smell is mild, slightly sweet-herbal. No tummy upset. Taking with warm water morning time. Packet came in good shape. Going to continue for few cycles.
