Mild help for sugar
Using along with regular diabetes meds. Slight drop in sugar readings after 2 weeks, still watching. No bitterness, easy to take. Bottle came with tight seal, no leak. Not a miracle but decent support.

Skin slowly getting clearer
Took it mainly for heat rashes and some small pimples on arms and neck. Taste is slightly bitter but manageable. After around 10 days, skin started looking a bit calmer and less itchy. No stomach upset or dryness. Tablet size is ok to swallow, comes in neat blister pack. I take it with warm water in morning before food. Improvement is not very fast but feels genuine.
