Useful for shoulder pain
Felt shoulder pain relief after 3–4 days. Took with warm water after lunch. Capsules are smooth, no bad smell. Slight burp feeling sometimes. Overall good experience. Packing could be tighter but nothing leaked.

Slight relief in back pain
Been using for 2 weeks now, pain relief is slow but noticeable after long sitting. Capsule smells a bit strong when opened, but goes down easy. No side effect so far. Delivered in good condition, inner foil was sealed tight. Taking one daily.
