I take 2 at night for digestion and regular motion. Works fine, no stomach upset or cramping. Taste is slightly bitter if chewed, so I swallow directly. Strip came clean, no missing tabs. I feel lighter in the morning. No dramatic effect, but useful for routine maintenance. I use with lukewarm water as per my doctor’s suggestion.
