Good for body strength
Using for post-fever weakness, and after 2 weeks energy feels bit better. Taste is strong and earthy, I take it with warm water early morning. Sometimes a little bit of clumping in the bottle but I just shake it well. No major issue so far. Comes in a glass bottle, well-packed.

Feels nourishing
Feels cooling and soothing, I’m using it for general strength and energy. Taste is earthy and slightly sweetish, not too hard to take. Bottle arrived without damage. I usually have it before food with warm water.
