Hello Humayoun, Your symptoms suggest long-standing IBS with constipation (IBS-C), disturbed sleep, and metabolic imbalance. Ayurveda focuses on balancing Vata and Pitta doshas to relieve IBS. Avoid cold, dry, and processed foods, and eat warm, easily digestible meals. Include moong dal khichdi, ghee, and fiber-rich vegetables in your diet. For better digestion and bowel regulation, try Triphala churna (1 tsp with warm water at bedtime) and drink cumin-coriander-fennel tea after meals. Regular abhyanga (oil massage) with sesame oil can help calm Vata. Have you noticed if stress worsens your symptoms? Meditation, yoga (Pawanmuktasana, Vajrasana), and deep breathing can help. Your high triglycerides and BP indicate metabolic imbalance. Let me know if you'd like a detailed plan. A proper Ayurvedic assessment is needed for a personalized treatment approach.
