Hello Cleo, For gallstones and gallbladder issues in a high-risk patient unable to undergo surgery, Ayurveda focuses on reducing stone formation, improving bile flow, and managing inflammation naturally. Start with. Syp Bhunimbadi Kwath (15 ml twice daily with warm water) to support liver and gallbladder function. Arogyavardhini Vati (1 tablet twice daily after meals) helps in bile regulation and detoxification. To relieve acute pain, take Shankh Vati (1 tablet as needed with warm water). Liv52 DS (1 tablet twice daily) supports liver health and bile secretion. For digestion and preventing further flare-ups, avoid oily, fried, and heavy foods. Instead, eat light, well-cooked meals with bitter vegetables like karela (bitter gourd) and methi (fenugreek). Drink coriander and fennel seed tea to reduce bloating and discomfort. Castor oil packs on the abdomen help reduce inflammation. Regular warm water intake aids bile flow and prevents stone formation. Since there is a history of irregular heartbeat and mini-strokes, Ayurvedic treatment should be taken under medical supervision. Do you experience nausea and bloating even with light meals? Let me know so I can suggest further dietary modifications.
