Hi, Thank you for sharing your concerns. Given your history with heart surgery and your current issue with premature ejaculation, it's important to approach your sexual health in a holistic and safe manner. To better understand your situation: 1. How often do you experience premature ejaculation, and are there any specific triggers or stressors that seem to worsen it? 2. How is your overall health, including diet, physical activity, and mental well-being, since your bypass surgery? 3. Are you currently on any medications for heart health, and have you discussed sexual health concerns with your doctor?

Since you have a history of bypass surgery (2021), avoid strong aphrodisiac medications that may strain your heart. Instead, focus on natural, heart-friendly Ayurvedic remedies and lifestyle changes. 1. Ashwagandha Churna -1/2 teaspoon with warm milk before bed Foods to Include:Nuts & seeds: Almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds Fruits: Banana, pomegranate, figs Whole grains & healthy proteins Heart-friendly oils like olive oil Avoid: Fried, spicy, and heavy foods ,Excessive caffeine and alcohol Processed and junk food Practice slow and deep breathing (Pranayama) daily Engage in foreplay and relaxation techniques to prolong performance Regular walking & light exercise for overall well-being This approach is safe for heart health and helps improve sexual stamina naturally.

Premature ejaculation (PE) can be managed safely, even with a history of bypass surgery, using Ayurvedic and natural methods. Ayurveda views PE as an imbalance in Vata and Pitta doshas, leading to poor control and lack of stamina. Stress, anxiety, and weak reproductive tissues can worsen the issue. Since you have a heart condition, focusing on gentle, natural approaches is best. Lifestyle and Diet: Balanced Diet: Eat warm, nourishing foods like ghee, milk, almonds, walnuts, and dates to strengthen reproductive tissues. Avoid: Spicy, oily, and processed foods. Limit caffeine and alcohol. Hydration: Drink adequate water and herbal teas like Ashwagandha or Shatavari tea. Exercise: Practice light exercises like walking and yoga to improve circulation. Medication Support: Ashwagandha: Known for reducing stress and improving stamina. Take 1 tsp with warm milk before bed. Gokshuradi guggulu - 1 tablet twice at 6 am & 6 pm. Tab Charak Neo - 0-0-1 after meals Stress Management: Practice meditation and deep breathing (Anulom Vilom) to reduce anxiety. Oil Massage (Abhyanga) using warm sesame oil on the body can calm nerves. Sexual Techniques: Practice the Start-Stop Technique or Kegel Exercises to improve control over ejaculation. Engage in open communication with your partner about preferences and comfort. Follow this protocol for 3 months altogether.
