Hello Muhammad, Since you experience excessive gas, difficulty digesting rice and oily foods, and frequent constipation, further details will help in a more precise Ayurvedic approach. How long have you had these digestive issues, and do they worsen at a particular time of day? Do you experience bloating, acid reflux, or nausea? Have you undergone tests like LFT, lipid profile, or stool analysis? Is your blood pressure controlled with medication or lifestyle changes? How are your sleep patterns and energy levels throughout the day? Since anxiety and depression are also present, do you have mood swings, brain fog, or fatigue?

Hello Muhammad, Your stomach making too much gas, maybe because digestion not working good. Eating rice and oily food can make it worse. Constipation also coming, and stress and sadness make stomach more upset. Blood pressure problem can also add to this. This problem happens when Vata dosha gets too high, making digestion weak and causing gas and constipation. Pitta dosha also gets disturbed when eating oily, spicy food, leading to bloating and discomfort. Stress and worry increase Vata, making digestion even worse. Some remedies- Warm Water: Drink warm water in morning to clean stomach and help digestion. Jeera Water: Boil cumin seeds (jeera) in water and drink after meals to reduce gas. Ajwain and Black Salt: Chew 1 tsp of ajwain with a pinch of black salt for gas relief. Ginger Tea: Boil ginger in water, drink before meals to help digestion. Buttermilk: Mix buttermilk with roasted cumin powder and drink in afternoon. It’s good for stomach. Triphala Powder: Take 1 teaspoon of Triphala with warm water at night to clean stomach and stop constipation. Warm Oil Massage: Rub warm sesame oil on belly in clockwise motion to help constipation. Breathing Exercise: Try deep breathing (Anulom Vilom) every day to calm mind and stomach. Kapal bhati - 50 counts everyday on empty stomach. Eating less oily, spicy food, and avoiding cold drinks can also help. Sleep on time, don’t take too much stress, and walk after meals to feel better.
