Hi Sob, To better understand the cause of recurrent miscarriages, I need additional details. Have you undergone tests like AMH, FSH, LH, progesterone, thyroid function, or blood clotting disorders (APLA, lupus anticoagulant)? Were the miscarriages early (first trimester) or late? Have doctors identified any uterine abnormalities (fibroids, polyps, thin endometrial lining) or infections? Do you experience irregular cycles, heavy bleeding, or spotting before periods? Since age affects egg quality, have you tried any fertility treatments or supplements? Your dietary habits, stress levels, and history of conditions like diabetes or high blood pressure also play a role.

I want to ask few questions to assess the root cause of recurrent miscarriages and suggest the right treatment: Is your menstrual cycle regular? If irregular, how many days apart? Do you experience heavy bleeding, clots, or severe pain during periods? Have you been diagnosed with conditions like PCOS, fibroids, or endometriosis? At how many weeks did each miscarriage occur? Did you experience any symptoms before the miscarriage (spotting, cramps, weakness)? Were any medical tests done (hormonal tests, ultrasound, genetic tests)? Did your doctor mention any specific Do you have thyroid issues, diabetes, hypertension, or anemia? Have you had any history of infections (UTI, vaginal infections, chronic inflammation)? What is your daily diet like? (Vegetarian/non-vegetarian, dairy, processed foods, etc.) How is your digestion? Do you often have bloating, constipation, or acidity? Do you follow a proper sleep routine? Do you experience high levels of stress or emotional trauma? Have you taken any fertility treatments (hormonal therapy, IVF, IUI)? Have you tried any Ayurvedic or herbal remedies before? Once I get all the answers for the above I can suggest you better treatment

Hello Sob, Recurrent miscarriage is a complex issue, and both modern science and Ayurveda have insights. According to modern science, advanced maternal age—as you are 43—can affect egg quality and increase chromosomal abnormalities, leading to miscarriage. > Hormonal imbalances, uterine abnormalities, clotting disorders, and immune factors may also play a role. In Ayurveda, recurrent miscarriage is often seen as an imbalance in the reproductive tissues, where the Shukra Dhatu (essence of fertility) is weakened, and there is an increase in Vata dosha and toxins (Ama) that disturb the delicate balance needed for a healthy pregnancy. > Stress, poor digestion, and an imbalanced lifestyle can further impair the body's ability to nourish and sustain a pregnancy. It is important to undergo a detailed evaluation, including hormone tests, uterine scans, and blood work for clotting factors, as well as an assessment of your overall health and lifestyle. Combining modern treatments with Ayurvedic therapies—such as a balanced, nourishing diet, stress reduction practices like yoga and meditation, and herbal support to strengthen reproductive tissues—may help restore balance and improve your chances of a healthy pregnancy. Do let me know the values of your latest blood reports including hormones, to help you suggest the right protocol.
